It's kind of funny you mention this because I literally just decided to lower carbs and increase protein (primarily through stopping soda and pasta...other than that I already ate pretty healthy).

Indeed, there is much to be said about eating the right foods to keep diabetes at bay. Thanks for sharing and hopefully more people will try to nourish themselves with more protein and fat and stay away from carbs, for the benefit of their health.
