A low carb bunless burger - it's simple as A B C - so says Libby at Ditch The Carbs Site
You just need eight ingredients, which are:
spring onion, garlic, ground/minced chicken, egg, red onion, bacon, avocado and lettuce leaves

Looks delicious. I'd omit the bacon but everything else is good.
With a nutburger. But, in times, I prefer a salad.
Now this is a winner, Jan! My type of burger...with no bun! It looks delicious!
