'Chicken has many plus points - its versatility, as well as the ease and speed with which it can be cooked - make it one of the most popular meats around. It has a high level of good quality protein, as well as B vitamins, iron, copper and selenium.
The pale flesh has a close texture and a mild flavour that pairs up well with many different ingredients. Never eat raw chicken, and always thoroughly wash your hands, utensils and cutting board as soon as you've cut or handled raw chicken'... please read more facts about chicken here

Yum.
This Chicken Club Casserole sounds scrumptious. I agree; chicken is such a versatile and healthy protein, and goes so well with a variety of herbs and spices. This dish is perfect for the season. Thanks for sharing.
Happy Fall,
Poppy
It's got bacon in it so it has to be good.
It looks lovely, one I'll definitely be trying.
Sounds good and easy!
Tick! Another to add to the must make list Jan, thanks so much for being our on-line recipe blog ☺
Hello, this casserole sounds delicious. I would have to leave out the pickles though.
Thanks for sharing. Happy Tuesday, enjoy your day!
Anything with mayonnaise and bacon has to be good! I will have to try this.

Not sure about the pickles either, but it sounds good.

It sounds like a quick and easy recipe for the meat eater in my life.

Oh my another good looking dish. You sure find the best recipes!!
Looks like a tasty recipe for meat eaters.
Have a great one, Jan.
I was looking for a new pasta recipe to try. Thanks Jan!
Sounds delicious except the dill pickle. I'm not a fan of dills, but without it would be nice. I roasted a chicken today and have plenty of chicken leftover. Yum! ♥
This sounds absolutely delicious! I like the idea of pickles to add a little tang.
Yummy!
One dill pickle, I like that. ;-)
This is my idea of comfort food! I like the idea of using a rotisserie chicken - that's a great timesaver.
Looks a good recipe.
Wish I'd been around on Monday for your Spiced Parsnip Soup with Coriander and Chili Pesto. It sounds great, Sadly, I'm not a fan of mayo. In fact, when I need a base for salads, I turn to ranch dressing, rather than mayonnaise. However, I might actually serve this to some friends who are coming by on Sunday.
Shame about the chicken, use Quorn instead.
Sounds Delicious! Thanks Jan!
looks delicious !
Our store sells the chicken already cooked up so this would be a quick meal :)
A recipe which is idea; for a mid week meal, I like the look of this thanks.
