“I started posting on here because as a HCP who is very passionate about the subject I was outraged at some of the truly awful things that I read about mine and other professions. I have been abused, stalked and mocked by some very nasty individuals but it will not stop me - 9 o clock I reckon ! ( other blog!)”
This is an outrage ! After years of posting suitable recipes for diabetics, vast amounts of useful nutritional information, displaying outstanding empathy and compassion for those with a chronic and life threatening disease, people have “abused, stalked and mocked” this outstanding dietition !
Someone tell me who these scoundrels are and I will deal with them swiftly and without mercy !

I've been searching for the scoundrels Eddie, thing is there's quite a few possible suspects. For starters there's all those responsible for running the NHS, I don't think they will be happy with Ally's description them. Mind I must admit I was very surprised at the use of the language not at all ladylike or befitting of a director of the BDA, but let's not let that detract from the reputation she has deservedly earned.

Don't bother with this link as Ally's running scared now and has removed the reference, but she won't be able to edit her incriminating post's on Dr Briffa's blog though!

I've been away on holiday and with a bit of time to think it became clear to me that Ally cannot possibly exist; the continuous high pitched gibberish, the constant missing of the point, the 'text speak', the total lack of any actual advice, the claims to having 'studied' people's diet from their posts on a forum (don't you need to know what they are, you know, eating as an element of that study?) that she comes up with cannot come from a real person.
No, I understood in a moment of clarity that she is an invention of someone expertly intending to mock all dieticians, dietitians, dietists, or whatever the hell they are called.
She is the Lord Haw-Haw of he carb wars.
But who could be behind this?
Eddie; I think the truth needs to be told - Ally must and can only be a product of your dangerous mind... A confession is in order I think.
It's the only rational explanation; for God's sake consider the alternative!
