i did not watch all of this but i watched enough...i wish i could eliminate it completely but i have not been able to. but because of documentaries like this, i have cut way back and i am certainly more aware of where sugar hides!!!
Thank you Graham, always very interesting to look at your posts. The older I get the more I realize how important it is to take care of ourselves. It is a daily journey for me but thanks to blogs such as this one, I am actually making headway.
