If you feel like hot cereal in the morning which is low carb/keto how about this recipe suggestion! It's satisfying, warm-in-the-belly comfort food … some may say, pure happiness in a bowl!
4g carbs per serving1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 pinch ground psyllium husk powder
1 pinch salt
1 oz. butter or coconut oil
4 tbsp. coconut cream

I hate to say this, but the only thing that looks good in this bowl are the blueberries. I'm NOT a fan of coconut. I used to love it, but all of a sudden it makes me sick every time I try to eat it. I guess tastes change and sometimes not for the better.
I'm not a lover of hot cereal but I do like coconut and blueberries so perhaps I'd enjoy this.

Deben de tener un buen sabor. Las gachas que son típicas por aquí, tienen leche y arena y también bastante azúcar y además estan adornacas con trozitos de pan frito. no es muy aconsajable, ya que tiene muchas calorías.
