Excellent post! Thank you Jan! Big Hugs!
...interesting!
I do like seeds and nuts but try to limit the volume I gobble. Which is easier said than done some days.
Sometimes it's good to go nuts! Valerie
I'm not a lover of seeds but I love all kinds of nuts.
Hello,
I do not eat too seeds or nuts. I have been wanting to try a recipe with Almond flour.
Thanks for the info. Take care, enjoy your weekend!
This is an excellent chart for those of us who love various nuts.
Thank you Jan
Todas me gustan. Besos.
That's very useful, I snack on nuts once a day but looking at that I'm eating more than I should.
I'm surprised some of these have so much net carb in them. This was interesting.
What a great chart. Was surprised how many carbs are in some of them. My favorite is pecans.
Great post. I do use almond flour, and we eat almonds every day.
I eat nuts daily, so this was helpful.
Stay safe. Be well.
That's a great chart, I eat too many cashews.
Jan, great information. I think nuts are my favorite snacks. I eat nuts and/or peanut butter twice a day usually. And the three nuts you mentioned liking in cookies/biscuits are the same ones I like in mine as well!
I like nuts, with the exception of pecans.
Why is it all the things I like have a lot of carbs? Can't you do something about it? We use ALL the seeds and nuts in your article - regularly.
God bless.
I like pecans, black walnuts, almonds, and pistachios.
Now I'm wondering which is the healthiest milk. Will have to Google that
I eat a lot of mixed nuts for snacks to prevent me from eating what I shouldn't.
Figures that cashews are my favorite of them all. I have been trying to have more walnuts lately for a change, i guess that is better for me
Interesting info, thank you!
I love nuts. We've been buying dry roasted nuts for the girls offices to nibble. I love toasting them for casserole toppers!
Lovely Jan.
I include nuts but measure them. It amazes me how much the carb count differs between them!
I do like nuts, but didn't realise cashews were so high in carbs xx
