I know this may sound crazy but I have never eaten or made cauliflower mash lol, it’s all the rage I know, I must try it!
I love cauliflower mash in all variations! Valerie
Yum!
Hope you had the best Mother's Day ever.
Love these ideas, I have had it instead of pizza crust and it wasn't too bad :)

I just made some today, love it!
Good stuff!! I never thought I'd fall in love with cauliflower. Thanks for these suggestions, Jan :) We've been looking for an excuse to enjoy it more often.
I love to munch on raw cauliflower.
Could these recipes be made in a food processor?
We do eat a lot of cauliflower and really enjoy it in all the ways you suggest. My favourite is cauliflower cheese.
Dina and I need to eat more C'flower
Love cauliflower with butter! Very tasty!
I didn't think I'd like mashed Cauliflower as well as I do mashed Potatoes ---but I DO.... It's delicious... We season ours with some sour cream and green onions and chives.... YUMMMMMMM....
Thanks for sharing.
Hugs,
Betsy
I think I am allergic to this one as I never can eat it. I haven´t eaten it since I was a child.
Great ideas! We eat a lot of cauliflower but have never mashed it. These would be perfect side dishes.
Nice and flavourable.
This is the one veggie I can't get Himself to eat )-:
Yum. Our cauliflowers have hit obscene prices at the moment so they are off my menu. I hope they return soon.
...lots of choices!
I replaced cauliflower for potatoes before and no one knew the difference. It's much healthier than potatoes, too.
Love cauliflower and these are some great new ways to serve it.
That just might work!! Thanks
That could work for even me!!
I tried this not too long ago and we didn't care for mashed cauliflower. I'll have to stick with my real mashed potatoes. :)
I haven't heard of mashed cauliflower but I bet it is delicious. I will have to try this! Add a little cheese and it sounds spectacular. Thanks for sharing. hugs-Erika
My mother would make it with a white sauce.
Wow! This is an eye opener! Thank you for the information and recipes!
I've never tried cauliflower mash but I would really like to. These suggestions are really great. I will choose one and see how it turns out!
I'm taking a few minutes to go online while dinner cooks - and there is a cauliflower mash happening with garlic and cream - like an alfredo sauce. These ones you've featured also sound delicious!
Mustard does seem to enhance cauliflower but I've never tried curry. We both love cauliflower soup and use chicken broth instead of dairy in it as my husband can't handle lactose. And about once a year I make Dinah Shore's Cauliflower Pie, two of them. One with cheddar cheese for me and goat cheese for him. But they do have a potato crust.
Great ideas!
: )
Look good suggestions for the cauliflower.
Hmmmm, the cheesy one I will try for sure!!
These are great new ways for me to get in some cauliflower, and I thank you! Hugs...RO
La suelo poner primero hervida y una vez en su punto, revuemtas con huevo. Así las ponía mi madre.

I used cauliflower and even turnips to make a mash and it was good.

Hello Susan
The recipes featured here were all made using a saucepan. However, there are quite a few recipes available where you can use a food processor, this one for example

Hello,
Thanks for sharing the suggestions on ways to eat and prepare cauliflower.
Cheese may be one of my favorite ways. have a great day!
Some good ideas for a cauliflower hater there Jan. That's me as you may remember. the mustard might be best for me but I may have to add extra mustard and curry powder. Have a good weekend down there but I don't think the weather is warming just yet.
I love all vegetables and fruit...and eat lots of both...both are regular parts of my daily intake.
These are all delicious and I am anxious to prepare each of them for us, so thanks a lot.
