Below you will find three Chicken Drumstick recipes. All are low carb, and suitable for diabetics and non diabetics. These recipes can be changed to use chicken thighs if preferred.
Easy Baked Chicken Drumsticks
serves 4/5
10 chicken drumsticks (2,5 lb)
1 medium onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed, not peeled
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. dry rosemary

Chicken Drumsticks - Grilled with Buttermilk
Serves Four
8-12 chicken drumsticks (or thighs)
300ml (10 fl.oz.) buttermilk
4 garlic cloves, crushed
4 spring onions, minced
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 tbsp. maple syrup

Lemon Parsley Chicken
Approximately 2-3 lbs chicken drumsticks
1 medium purple onion, cut into slices
2-3 Tbsp. ghee or coconut oil
2-3 lemons, cut into quarters
1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
