We have been so fortunate to have some beautiful sunny weather recently. The grandchildren have had a wonderful Easter School Holiday break with a lot of days out. Some days to Play Parks, some to the beach, some to a woodland fairy trail ......... wonderful days that make special memories.
We were fortunate to be able to spend some time with them and had a very enjoyable day at a great Memorial Park. As well as swings, slides, climbing frames etc the park also had an aviary with some highly colourful birds, I have to say the birdsong was quite rowdy - can birds be rowdy? The children just loved watching the birds flying around.
The pictures above show a special visit to a local farm. As you can see it was very hands on feeding the lambs, and you just have to take time to ride a horse don't you!
I don't know who it was who said 'Take time out to make special memories' but I know exactly what they meant.
All the best Jan

Great to see kids out and about, living life. Good stuff.
Awww, I don't know what's cutest, those little lambs suckling their bottles or the look of joy on the children's faces. Glad you managed to get out and about with your grandchildren, we've been lucky with the weather just lately and like you say, days like these make special memories.
That looks fun.

I think I'm going to talk Valentina into riding a horse this summer, I think she would totally enjoy it :-)

aahh, what a cute picture of your granddaughter on the pony. Children love the animals, and it's such a joy to see their little faces when they're around them.
It sounds like you had a fun time at the farm with your grandkids.
