Please note—if you have neuropathy (nerve damage) this can affect your ability to sweat and therefore cool down. Go out early in the morning or later in the afternoon if you can, drink water to stay hydrated and exercise in air-conditioned gyms. Cut down on drinks with caffeine and alcohol, and take care of yourself as best you can."

A good post! We have to take water with us everywhere here in Florida! It's HOT and we have to drink lots of water to stay healthy!
I don't have diabetes, but do have problem with heat. And yes, I go out early or late. With water.

This heat is a very scary to people that don't have problems, I feel so bad for those that have to worry and take precautions.
