This is certainly a combination I've never thought about. And very easy to toss together. A new use for the basil growing on my deck.

A wonderful summer meal! Hugs, Valerie
Jan, this is definitely a taste of summer! So delicious!
Definitely trying this suggestion.

It goes well with any fruit or cheese. In summer, however,I prefer the combo of feta cheese, tomatoes and red melon cubes.
That's not a mix of foods that would have occurred to me.
This looks delicious! And I have everything for it except peaches, have been waiting for Georgia peaches to come to our grocery stores here. Beautiful plate!
Wowee, the best of dinners, love it Jan.
I would like to eat such a salad sitting in your garden on a pretty chair at a lovely table. Regards.
A capital YUM.
What a delicious combination!
mmmm tasty, good for you and pretty.
This sounds tasty. We have peaches and tomatoes at home. But not the mozzarella. I'll get some tomorrow. Also I could try it with Feta cheese for a bit of saltiness.
God bless.
Interesting - a fruit salad as tomatoes are a fruit too.
My late mum used to make an orange salad, she also made a banana salad...different but they both were tasty.
Ahhh, peaches and tomatoes. My favorites. Will make and enjoy on my porch. Thank you , Betsy
I love peaches, and what a great recipe to try them in. Very nice! Hugs...RO
Mozzarella, and tomato salad I love but I have never had peaches with mine. Sounds interesting.
A delicious way to mix it up. Love all the ingredients so I will be trying this one.
Thanks Jan.
For some reason we are not getting any free stone peaches yet, my favorite fruit.I usually eat them over the sink to make less mess. LOL
