TipsIf you're using an English cucumber, which is long, has thin skin, and relatively small seeds, then there is no need to peel or deseed it. If you are using a Garden cucumber (as it's commonly known in the US), which is shorter, has thick dark green skin, and larger seeds, it is recommended to peel it and remove the seeds before grating.

I like salmon so I will probably try this one without the tzatziki, cucumber doesn't like me.
Yum.
Salmon is on the menu for dinner here tonight. We grill it and love it just plain. But this sure would add some good flavor!
