Thank you for your interesting posts. I am not diabetic but I feel that this is an excellent guide for all of us. I have a couple of friends who are diabetic. I am going to let them know about your blog. I am sure they will enjoy it as much as I do.

Jan, thanks for visiting. Some places here there are many as three different kinds linked together. I love to create out of items many discard. I didn't know barbed wire collections were so prevalent before I researched this.

Interesting - the picture I saw of him yesterday he looked rather fatter than that picture! So low carb works then.
