Some Foods for good health and blood glucose control.

Carb. counts. Swede 2.3, celery 0.8, mushrooms 0.3, onion fried in oil 14, courgettes 2.6, cherry toms. 5, red pepper 7, green pepper 2.6, yellow pepper 5, brussels 4,
All numbers per 100 grams.

Carb. counts. Strawberries 6  Blackberries 5.1  Raspberries 4.6  All numbers per 100 grams. 

Carb. counts. Swede 2.3, White cabbage 5, Savoy cabbage 5, onion fried in oil 14, Avocado 1.9, Celeriac boiled 1.9,  Purple kale boiled 1,  All numbers per 100 grams.
