Oh my goodness, these all look so delicious. I love the freshness of summer fruits and vegetables. We ate our first tomatoes and green beans last night and I picked my first cucumber today . . . the garden is just beginning, but that means another three months of great food. Thanks for these inspiring salads.
I love almost any salad; I am especially fond of pasta salads, though I guess those wouldn't be low-carb. But I just saved the recipe for the three-berry salad--that looks absolutely delicious!
I eat a salad almost every day. I start with whatever fresh lettuce and veggies I have on hand and then add some meat or cheese to the top for protein. Salads can be very satisfying as long as they have the right ingredients. Hugs, Diane
I am a real simple person when it comes to eating, not very adventurous, I have spinach, romaine lettuce, carrots, radishes, red onions with a sprinkle of cheese on top :) I really haven't found I like to mix fruit with my salads

I could happily eat any of these salads.
A cheddar cheese salad is nice too.

Salads are wonderful! And these are all so tasty. One of my favourites is a Greek salad with feta cheese. I can never get tired of that.

Alas! No salad tonight, just asparagus.

Don't have a favorite but that three berry salad may just be the one. Looks so very good.

Great summer salads!!! I can't wait for my tomatoes to come in. The tomato tricolore is definitely a favorite for me!!!!!
I love salads as well. My favorite is vegetables chopped really small and seasoned with lemon juice and tahini. yum.

Nice, salad, ummmmmmmm.
We are not keen on mixing sweet and sour - it's an age thing I guess.
Just love a Greek salad, especially in Skiathos.
