Broccoli contains almost 5 times as much vitamin C, 8 times as much calcium, and almost 2.5 times as much fibre as potato.

Gwen, I to didn't realise the goodness that broccoli contains. Eat it a lot now. Do you like celeriac?

Beware of that broccoli mate it has the same amount of fructose as avocado which an anon commentator on another thread reckons are Full of it.

Fresh broccoli and avocado have the lowest amounts, with about 0.1 g glucose and fructose in 100 g.
