Brilliant and true. But not only the US, many countries and their populous are not as healthy, and more obese than is good or beneficial to all round health.

What is wrong with eating whole real foods?

I am totally for eating whole foods... the less boxed and processed food the better. I'm sick of how it is sold to be better for you when I know it's what is keeping us fat. It's hard to break free but we need to find a way... for our health xox

Shocking graphic! And could not be more true. What's sad is, people are generally doing what they've been told! And get fatter and fatter and can't figure why. I see my fellow fat Americans around me and really, really wish I could tell them about LCHF without offending - in part because I wish someone had told me, years ago!

Many thanks for leaving your comment and thoughts here Wendy (fitteratfortyish).

I think this is why it is so important for people / bloggers etc to talk about the LCHF lifestyle to enable people to make their own informed choices.
