Take time to relax and smell the flowers ...

After a few wet days last week, we have been quite fortunate to enjoy some May sunshine,
so we thought we'd have a stroll around the garden.

some pretty pink blooms

the rhododendrons are really beginning to flower

such a glorious colour, nature is wonderful

blue skies, a mix of trees and colourful blooms

In these rather strange times I treasure such moments,
and enjoy simple pleasures

and things like a cuppa, well I always take time to enjoy mine.
Why not sit a while, can I offer you a tea or coffee...
(above image from google)
and perhaps a Low Carb Chocolate Cookie / Biscuit, see more details here

Dear readers, stay well and stay safe,
Do your best to keep smiling
and try to take something from each day.

All the best Jan

I love the colorful post. And what a beautiful table and chairs. We were out yesterday and I found that the trees that bloom the best right now - oh..the beautiful pink Dogwoods and white ones.

Beautiful weather here today - hope you are enjoying the weather and you and Eddie (and family) are staying healthy.

Your garden is looking beautiful Jan. We have a little sheltered spot in our garden where we drink our coffee and Neil has a little bit of peace as I do my crocheting. As I'm improving though I can talk a little bit now - he is a lucky boy lol. Take care, Sue xx

Blue skies and sunshine are really welcome in these times.
Here the weather is not yet warm enough for enjoying our tea (or coffee) outdoors. :)
Happy gardening! And stay safe and well! xx

It is indeed a time to take it easy and enjoy the pleasures if nature all around us. I wonder to what extent this virus will change our habits permanently? Stay well, Jan.
