Lemony Chicken Thighs
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon sea salt
10-12 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Finish with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
