Mothers day meal for my Wife.


Mother's day meal for my Wife, poached salmon, asparagus, peach slices, tomatoes, apple walnut and olive coleslaw with a small portion of potato salad. Very low carb and very tasty. This is real food folks, not to be confused with the rubbish on the 'Eat well plate' pushed by UK dietitians. Eddie
