Scone Anyone : Low Carb : Suitable for Diabetics and Non-Diabetics

These two recipes, for low carb scones, are ideal for anyone generally trying to reduce the carbs and sugar in their life. They are suitable for both diabetics and non diabetics. Have a look at both recipes (and links) and see what you think.

If you have time, why not pull up a chair and tuck in,
would you prefer tea or coffee?

Dear reader, you will find a variety of recipe ideas and articles within this blog, but please note, not all may be suitable for you. If you may have any food allergies, or underlying health issues these must always be taken into account. If you are a diabetic and not sure how certain foods may affect your blood sugars, test is best, i.e. use your meter.

All the best Jan

Hello Jan,
That's looking good. Very tasty cookies.
Cozy decorated. Very nice with that tea service and cozy with that table and chairs.

Greetings, Marco

I'd LOVE to join you for tea and scones. I think I prefer the sweet over savory today. Tomorrow I might prefer the savory.

Hi Jan :) I will have some tea with my scones please. :) Actually I've been discovering some lovely herbal chai blends of tea lately. I found a chocolate orange chai, organic from the company Four O'Clock. Oh it's like drinking dessert! :) Hope you're doing well!!

This looks very tasty...but also very expensive to make. 3 cups of almonds...I went to buy almond flour late last year to make a special treat for a friend of mine who is on the Keto diet...but, as I mentioned at the time...it was far too expensive...so I changed from that particular recipe to one that used coconut flour. The latter is cheaper.

I'll stick to wheat flour. I'm not allergic to anything (food-wise, that is)....touch wood...and hope the status quo remains.

Take care. :)
