There is a certain buzz around all that is LCHF, exciting times :)
It is indeed exciting times, over the last couple of years the LCHF debate has become more mainstream the word is getting out.

It's all good! Even my DSN has put in my notes 'Still following a healthy Low carb diet'! :-) 2 years ago I was frowned upon by the same DSN for going against the NHS dietary advice-Times are changing! :-)
