Ingredients
12 servings
4g carbs per serving
3½ oz. (100g) dark chocolate with a minimum of 80% cocoa solids4 tbsp butter or coconut oil
1 pinch salt
¼ cup (60ml) peanut butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp (3g) liquorice powder or ground cinnamon or ground cardamom (green)
1½ oz. (40g) salted peanuts, finely chopped or hazelnuts
Tip
Almond or hazelnut butter work, too. And try different toppings: toasted (and coarsely chopped) almonds or hazelnuts, roasted sesame seeds with unsweetened coconut flakes, or even tahini!

Ooh, it does sound good. The highest % dark chocolate I've found is 95% in Lidl. It is quite bitter and is an acquired taste but I've just pushed on through. One square is definitely enough though, so that's a result in itself! Take care, Sue xx
