Chia Seeds : Health Benefits : Blueberry and Cinnamon Chia Pots

Blueberry and Cinnamon Chia Pots



Ingredients
¼ cup Coconut cream
1 tbsp Chia seeds
Blueberries, cinnamon, Just nuts (optional)

Instructions
Stir chia seeds and coconut cream together and let sit for around 30 mins. The Chia seeds will expand and soften. Cinnamon is a great blood sugar stabiliser and adding Just nuts adds flavour to everything.

I've never heard of chia seeds, I expect you'd find them in health food stores?

I've always wondered what the Chia seeds are, Jan. I didn't realize they go that far back in history and were used for healing purposes. Thanks for sharing this info. with us. :)
