So true - No we cannot trust dietary guidelines - after years of studying these (and many other) clinical dietary guidelines and promoting them to diabetic and overweight patients, I have now decided to trash all I had learn't and start again from scratch; some extremely useful pointers on this site for me - you are way ahead of us - thank you

Another shill flogging books to the masses.

Tell them what they want to hear, and they'll even pay to hear it.
And then idiots like you repeat it, free of charge, and help them suck more it."

So my anon friend, why do you have a problem with books? can you not read very well?

I can assure you, much can be learned from books.

Shootin', get back to your carers, and ask them to read a book to you that doesn't trouble your feeble mind.
They can find you many, in the circle of sycophants you never stray from.

Totally agree we can't have the masses being educated now can we, as a writer and editor of the BMJ the shame she's a very bad lady making a living selling books, your not related to Sid Bonkers by any chance are you ?

I don't see any charge for viewing a quote that does not promote any selling at all it is free so no gain only a complete and utter clown would view it as a book promo, Oh hang on you just did that

Nightie night sunshine
