Baked Eggs with Asparagus and Parmesan

Take some eggs,
they may have a funny face on ...

... or they may look more like this

and some asparagus

Parmesan Cheese will also be needed

and you could make these

For two servings you need:

Four eggs (room temperature is best)
8 thick asparagus spears, cut them on the diagonal into bite-sized pieces
2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Kalyn has a wonderful step by step instruction guide here
Happy cooking

Eddie and I will be away with family over the next few days, we'll see you soon!
Graham will be here keeping an eye on things ....

All the best Jan

My eggs have faces on when they are hard boiled so we know which ones they are.

Oh, this looks good, Jan. I love asparagus and parmesan cheese, but you know, every time I see runny eggs it reminds me of the time Nel got food poisoning badly and sent her to the hospital. She had a fancy dish at a restaurant one time and didn't do well afterwards.

Eggs are one of my favorite meals, and love those cute faces. :)
