The 10 Best And Worst Foods For Health And Longevity
Seriously? Barbecued and commercially raised meat is worse than sodas and in the same group with donuts? The best food looks like a recipe for a farting and a vitamin B12 deficiency rather than a longevity.
Look who the list is from i.e. Dr. Joe Fuhrman aka Dr. Skeletor.
Basically, you can ignore anyone who bashes unprocessed red meat as junk. Red Meat is superfood. Period.
It's not just B12. It's the totally lack of DHA and the high concentration of omega-6s from all those seeds and nuts is why even a whole foods vegan diet will tear your nervous and endrocrine systems to shreds.
Cultigens are to be used in moderation. It is simply unnatural to try and get more that 50% of calories from raw fruits and veggies year round.
It simply makes no evolutionary sense. Eat you plants according to the natural season which in winter is essentially none aside from a few greens and fibrous roots.
Stay Low-Carb i.e. sub 150g aka the Sisson carb Scale. Ignore the haters.

Hi Galina I hope you are well.
I don't think it was meant as a definitive list of the worlds best or worse foods but to give some indication to the average Joe.
Let's face it, when you look at the junk so many eat, the list ain't a bad start eh ?
Regards Eddie
