5. You'll never need a substitute

Known for guacamole, dips, and other savory dishes, yet avocados are appearing more and more in sweet dishes too. Think chocolate mousse, ganache, smoothies and ice cream!

I had to stay away from them because of the mold factor but now I'm back to eating avocados and ever so happy about it.
So many people are afraid to eat them because of the fat. Yet, they will eat ding ding meals so go figure.
Hi Ivy
I'm so pleased to hear you are back to eating avocado's.
We often enjoy them as one of our many healthy, higher fat foods and they are nutrient dense.
Hard to believe an avocado is actually a fruit!
Many thanks for your comment.
Enjoy the remainder of Friday and have a great weekend
All the best Jan
Hi!!! I adore avocados-sooo creamy!!!! When I lived in Bali, I loved buying an avocado juice at the juice stall-it had condensed milk and chocolate sauce in it as well as crushed ice!!!
Hi Kezzie
Yes, avocado's taste so creamy don't they.
The avocado juice you used to enjoy in Bali sounds an interesting mix of flavours ...
