Sesame Crispbread : Low Carb


Do you love to sink your teeth into something crunchy now and then?

Forget about the shop bought crispbread and give these a try.

Good tasting crispbread the LCHF way.

Ingredients:
30 servings

1¼ cups (300 ml) sesame seeds
½ cup (100 ml) sunflower seeds
2 oz. (60 g) grated cheese
1 tablespoon psyllium-seed husk
½ cup (100 ml) water
2 eggs
¼ – 1 teaspoon salt

Tip!​ The sesame crispbread may also be made without cheese.
You can replace the sunflower seeds with things like pumpkin seeds.

Oh yes crispbreads are delicious. Just about any type of cracker is good with me and the more seeds and toppings the better.

I am always writing new foods. I write all the time. It's what I do! I also make my own psyllium powder. Works great as fiber binder.

Tonight, I put together a peanut butter kamut crispy bar. It's setting up in the fridge and I'll take it to Barnes tomorrow for a snack.

Happy Weekend. We're headed off to watch a movie.
