This lovely recipe idea for low carb Seed Crackers is from Julia McPhee's blog.
They are just great to eat for a low carb crunchy snack or lunch.
Just add a little chicken liver (with garlic) pate, or cheese, or avocado slice, perhaps a slice of tomato!
If you make a double batch of them you've got more for next time!

I've never made pate myself but I do buy it, we all enjoy it here.
I've never made it before and sorry but this is just not for me. : )
I love making chicken liver paté and yours seems yummy!
Jan, I'm sure this is a tasty treat but I just can't do any form of liver. :)
Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

Garlic!! I am planning to plant some in my garden for next summer.
It looks like an interesting treat... I never got into liver, the little bit that I ate when I was younger turned me off... I like that vegetable or cheese is used as a cracker... when I was younger I used to make sandwiches with lettuce and I found a great cucumber recipe that I used instead of a bread when I made turkey sandwiches... it was quite tasty xox
