French brie with Green Spanish manzanilla olives and Italian sun dried tomatoes in olive oil.


This little combination makes for a fantastic low carb snack or starter.
It also goes very well with an ice cold dry white wine, could be just right for Friday Night!

I think little snacks like this always look so appetising but I just don't like olives, I wish I did.

Oh...I could eat olives forever, I only cook with olive oil too...black olives are my favourite.xxx
