If you gave me a giant serving of the butter-roasted cauliflower, I would not ask for anything else. Well, maybe a bite of chicken and a few green beans. And it would be rude not to have a bit of cheesecake, wouldn't it?

Butter roasted Cauliflower looks interesting, something I have never had as I prefer Cauliflour on it's own. All looks delicious.

Few things could be better for a Sunday than roast chicken and a cheesecake with such a fresh taste as lemon for afterwards. Shared with people you love make it even better.
Have a great week Jan.

I make a cauliflower dish with cheese (I am racking my brain to come up with the type of cheese and I can't bring it to mind) but it is delicious. I should dig out the recipe and do it again. Actually, we are doing our very best to eat vegetables of the season so perhaps I should wait until the local produce is ready later in the year, rather than do it with imported cauliflower now.
