I read his book and thought he seemed a bit extreme, but he sounds very sensible here and is a good speaker.

Thanks for your comment, diabetes is 'extreme' If only people took it seriously, many don't and pay a terrible price. Not helped by poor medics, many dietitians and morons on forums and blogs.

Thems the breaks eh.

Thanks for bringing this series of videos to our attention. I'm working my way through them and there's some excellent information and myth dispelling throughout.

The one that's grabbing my attention at the moment are Parts 3 & 4 on salt. I never cease to be amazed how scientific evidence is totally ignored to push the conventional wisdom agenda. So much for "science says..." (winks at Carole)

Just put this on my watch list for later, thanks

I have been eating this way for the last five years and am totally off statins, which gave me horrible side effects.

My blood pressure is normal, my blood glucose numbers are in the normal range and my energy levels have improved once off the statins.

I tell anyone who asks about how I eat and how it has been a huge improvement for my health.

Anyone who knows how to read a food label should know that low fat food is high in sugar.

Great video and very complete information.

Snap! I had lots of side effects from statins and have been on LCHF for five years.
