I think it would be the answer to ETYM. Ban all the members and keep the Board on. They could have a secret society and argue amongst themselves.
It's rapidly becoming a secret society. I have heard when you join now you have to have one leg of your trousers rolled up, and hope to die a gruesome death if you spill the beans.
