"I did it ages ago and found it great. I lost the 2 stone I needed to easily. (Though have put that back on, plus an extra one, in this last 3 years of not being as good and unable to be as active as I used to.)
I'd thoroughly recommend it."
Please tell me it isn't me. The crazy world of diabetes gets crazier by the day.

Well I am not a Maths wizard. So using my fingers I calculate the 2 + 1 = 3. A weight gain I believe? Slimming World successful? Not in this case.

So it would have been simpler to say that it is not a long term fix.
Any diet will work if you keep at it but once you deviate then that's it. You have to find an eating plan that works long term, no quick fixes like the Newcastle Diet, Weight Watchers or Slimming World.
I see there is someone who has paid to advertise Almased on DCUK and sings it's praises. It's just another meal replacement with no hidden miracle powers.
Slimming World was successful, the lifestyle change necessary to maintain weight loss was not.
