Part two, Kens downfall.
So confident was Ken, he thought he was beyond any criticism or comment. Over the Easter weekend he made the biggest mistake of his forum life. He took on a highly respected medical Doctor and long term type two diabetic. An expert in diabetes control, a man who had taken part in an award winning documentary, helping people regain their health by lowcarbing. The Doctor knew immediately the dietary information Ken pushed was unsound and was totally unsustainable in the medium and long term. To cut a long story short. The Doctor was banned, labelled a troll and his posts deleted. Business as usual for Ken and gang. So many others never had a voice, but the Doctor was different. He is well known and has very influential friends. The rest is history and is covered fully in this blog.
Ken and the crew are still trying it on and are in full self preservation mode. Over the last few weeks he and the crew are doing more damage to the forum than any lowcarber ever did.
More from Ken.
“Personally all I ever wanted or want to do is help people and stop them making the same mistakes I did before I joined here. Is that so wrong ....…”
It was people like me that stopped you making the mistakes re. the NHS carb advice, remember that when you see 5.3 on your BG meter. Have the good grace to shut up and have a bit of R and R, call off the dogs and I’ll give you, your crew and d.co.uk a break.

Hi
"I just do not get these blogs - seems to me they are a place for people to live in an unreal world - probably because they would not get the time of day any where else.!
Best ignored - that is what I do!
Ally"
Your showing again what a hypocrite you are Ally, the following is from one of your posts on carbophiles blog, where you can also see Kens input.
"Trouble is, it does their cause no good at all.
It just comes across as a couple of OAP's with dementia and or selective memory problems."
It was a bad Easter weekend for control freaks everywhere. Furthermore, Ken had to limit himself to just one Easter egg, served between two thick slices of crusty white bread...
...NO effect on blood sugar!

Is this the same doctor that told a pregnant woman that a low carb diet would be fine for her and her unborn baby?
Thanks for the laughs Eddie, you should get a comedy award.
